Senior Solutions Sales Manager – Americas

We are looking for an experienced tech-savyy Sales Manager to lead airline technology sales in the Americas region. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in a high-growth market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SAAS sales, specifically in traveltech. This remote position requires a candidate based in Southern or Latin America, with occasional travel. Responsible for the entire sales, from lead generation to closing deals, you’ll be a versatile commercial professional and will have ownership of delivery of the revenue target for the region. You will join our global team in a dynamic and international work environment, embracing diverse cultures, time zones, and customer requirements.

Your day to day

  • You’re an ambassador for our Solutions products (with a focus on PSS) and GO7 in the marketplace. Over time you’ll be an expert with a deep understanding of our product, capabilities and value
  • Identify new sales strategies based on an in-depth understanding of market potential, customer needs and commercial opportunity
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and challenge decision-makers to drive change across their organization via our solutions
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets on an individual level and support the wider team in achieving our KPIs
  • Develop and manage pitch processes, proposals, contracts and price negotiations with prospective customers
  • Drive expansion opportunities in your region within our existing customer base
  • Support with the annual sales, budget & revenue planning for your region
  • Travel worldwide to conferences and customer meetings when required
  • Build your network and with it GO7’s profile with business decision-makers, industry leaders and technology consultants

Job requirements

  • Fluent English – must. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, French or other languages will be a huge benefit
  • Demonstrated knowledge of airline end-to-end commercial business processes
  • Keen understanding of airline technology or SAAS travel related products is essential
  • Knowledge of travel industry, the value chain and stakeholders
  • Track record of building relationships, partnering with clients to gain confidence and trust
  • 5+ years of B2B or SAAS sales or related commercial role
