Job description
We are looking for a controller who is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and adept at working with numbers, with a talent for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance. An exciting opportunity for a Controller wishing to develop to his/her next role developing in a growing global company. As a Controller, you will play a critical role in managing our company’s financial health and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
As part of your role, you will:
- Manage and supervise the group’s bookkeeper’s work, ensure accuracy, meet timelines and comply with accounting standards.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of CONSOLIDATED financial statements – Monthly , Quarterly , Annually.
- Prepare actual vs. budget reports.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, billing, and collection
- Coordination of audits and internal audit , ensuring compliance and providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience as a controller in a global company.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA from Big 4.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, SOX and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Sap – a must! and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in enabled SAAS companies – Advantage
- Immediate availability – Advantage
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and team player.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across teams.
